Le Fournil Ltd Bakery & Catering was established in Seattle’s Eastlake neighborhood in 1997. Owner, Nicolas Pare, originally from Nantes, wanted to establish a place where people could come to get artisan bread and beautiful pastries on a daily basis. He prides himself on the quality and affordability of his product and Seattle bakery experience.

In addition to the Eastlake café, Le Fournil also supplies croissants, breads, and pastries to many local businesses and delivers boxed lunches and pastry platters for special events. Our catering options are available to all of Seattle and include breakfast and lunch for corporate events, private parties and special occasions. All production and baking is done right next to the Eastlake café location. You can even watch our bakers work from the sidewalk! We thank our valued customers for their continuing patronage and passionate enthusiasm for our food!
